2016 Chevrolet Traverse Tire Sizes

The 2016 Chevrolet Traverse is listed with five tire sizes: 245/70R17, 255/55R20, 255/60R19, 255/65R18, and 265/40R22. These are the sizes provided for this model year; the list does not identify which size belongs to a particular trim or wheel package.

In each size, the first number is the tire width in millimeters, the number after the slash is the sidewall height as a percentage of that width, and the letter indicates radial construction. The final number is the wheel diameter in inches. Matching the complete size matters when replacing a tire, since width, sidewall proportion, and wheel diameter differ across the listed options.

The facts provide sizes for 2016 only and do not specify how availability varies by trim, engine, or equipment. Check the tire placard on the driver-side door jamb or the owner's manual to confirm the correct size for your Traverse. If a rating or other specification is not shown in the facts, confirm it there as well.
