    We own a 2017 chevrolet traverse with 8 passenger seating. The second seat middle seatbelt anchors are very painful to passengers. The anchors are entirely too stiff and stick straight out from the 90 degree point of the seat with no "give" at all.     My vehicle whether stationary or in motion routinely does not chime for a passanger or driver without a seatbelt. The light does come on but it will only chime 10% of the time.     My daughter was tangled when a seat belt got wrapped around her neck and would not loosen because it was in retract mode and it would only tighten more. I had to cut her out of the belt.
