My vehicle was in motion going 40 mph on the i-17 freeway and was rear ended by a vehicle going approximately 65 mph upon impact all side curtain airbags and driver seat airbags were deployed after driver and front passengers were thrown forward during the accident upon our bodies being thrown back against the seats the seats both fell into recline positions on top of our two children in the center row bucket seats.…

I was backing out of my garage when all of a sudden the car started going about 50mph and hit a tree in my yard, then the front end lifted off the ground and the car raced forward and crashed into my friend's car.
