At slow speed attempting to turn the steering get so stiff you need two hand to turn the steering wheel. Most time notice the problem at 5-10 mph. Turning both right and left into a parking space or from a stop to turn onto a street.

When you turn a corner, park in a parking spot, back up the power steering goes out. Anytime you turn the wheel the power steering goes out. It will cost over $2,000.00 to fix this issue.
