    The rear liftgate support arms failed. This is not a power actutated unit it is a manual unit and the rear lift gate will not stay up.

    The power lift gate failed almost smashing my child. (picking child up from school placing bag in back) recall is out there but my vin# is not in the recall. They know this is a problem but refuse to fix it for me because my vin# isnt on recall.
